Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Wholesale Mitra collects, why, and who it is shared with.

What we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email address and password (stored in hashed form).
• Business details: business name, GSTIN, PAN, and for sellers also Aadhaar, bank account details and KYC documents.
• Orders and addresses: delivery and billing addresses, items ordered, payment status, wallet transactions.
• Activity: reels you like or comment on, reviews you write, chats with our assistant, and creator link clicks.
• Technical data: device and browser information and IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and verify your business.
• To process orders, payments, refunds, shipping and GST invoices.
• To pay sellers and creators and to meet tax and legal obligations.
• To send order, shipping and account messages by SMS and email.
• To prevent fraud, resolve disputes and improve the platform.

Who we share it with

• Sellers receive the name, phone number and delivery address of buyers who order from them, so they can fulfil the order.
• Courier partners receive delivery details to ship and track parcels.
• Payment provider (Razorpay) processes online payments. We do not store your card or UPI details.
• GST registry lookup and messaging providers are used to verify GSTINs and to send OTP SMS and emails.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your documents and bank details

KYC documents and bank details are visible only to the Wholesale Mitra team members who review them. Sellers' bank details are used only to pay them.

Cookies and analytics

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used.

Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards.

Your choices

You can update your profile and addresses from your account. To ask us to correct or delete your information, write to support@wholesalemitra.com. Some records must be kept by law and cannot be deleted.
